教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才项目入选者。长期致力于不对称催化领域研究,以协同催化为核心开发新型手性膦配体和高效不对称催化体系展开研究工作,主持国家自然科学基金项目和省部级基金(含湖北省杰出青年项目)等多项科研项目,以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Acc. Chem. Res.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Nat. Commun.、CCS Chem.、Fundam. Res.、Chem. Sci.、ACS Catal.等杂志上发表论文90余篇,多篇论文被JACS Spotlights、Synfacts、《有机化学》和Org. Chem. Highlights作为亮点工作评述,多篇论文被选为VIP文章和Hot paper。入选2017年度湖北省“楚天学者计划”,2019年起任《Chin. Chem. Lett.》和《有机化学》青年编委会委员,2020年荣获色情直播
本科优秀教学业绩奖,2020年荣获色情直播
第十届青年教师教学竞赛一等奖,2022年获湖北省杰出青年项目资助,2024年入选期刊Chin. J. Chem.的Emerging Investigators,并荣获2024年第三季度“Wiley威立中国高贡献作者”,2025年入选中国化学会高级会员,2025年指导本科生湖北省第18届大学生化学(化工)学术创新成果报告会荣获一等奖。
